New York City's subway system is one of the most famous - and notorious - modes of transportation on Earth. It has been the inspiration for countless songs, the backdrop of endless iconic movies and many see it as a symbol of the city itself. But it needs help.
With New Yorkers tired of the constant delays and often outdated cars, $68 billion has been pledged to give this legend a much needed face lift. But obtaining that much funding isn't easy - and at the end of the day, will it even be enough? 
The supertall skyscraper stands 423-metres above the streets of Manhattan’s Midtown East and can accommodate some 10,000 people.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the airport sits 20-kilometres south of Phnom Penh and has the capacity to welcome 13 million passengers a year.
